Tasks

• Conducting interesting and complex new construction and conversion projects in the SIA phases Preliminary study up to realization
• Responsible for management, planning, scheduling and cost control, control and professional support of the projects
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams as well as interface to internal and external stakeholders and committees
• Executing submissions, evaluations and awarding of planning engineering and construction services in public procurement
• Developing investment and timetables for the assigned projects

Requirements

• Higher education as an independent engineer HFP building manager or Dipl.

Technician HF with a specialization in building construction or equivalent training

• Perennial experience in an equivalent function and good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Knowledge of the building of the Messerli software of advantage
• Aness for numbers and processes as well as high service ideas
• Leadership experienced, team-capable and communicative personality with high social competence, who appreciates the daily challenges of a lively company
• Dynamics, resilience, flexibility as well as networked thinking and assertive power
