For our client, an established company in the field of technical building services and automation, we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented professional to work as a Project Manager Building Automation (m/f).

The company implements modern automation solutions for demanding building services projects, combining control, regulation and automation technology. In this position, you will play a key role in the planning, implementation and commissioning of projects, maintaining close contact with customers, specialist planners and other trades involved.

02 Your task

• Independent planning and execution of projects in the field of building automation.
• Development and implementation of automation solutions for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, as well as for room automation.
• Project design and programming of control and regulation systems.
• Conducting commissioning and functional tests of the implemented systems.
• Coordination of the various specialist areas involved and close collaboration with the heating, ventilation, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical trades.
• Responsibility for the technical, scheduling and organizational implementation of the projects.
• Monitoring the economic project objectives and assuming commercial responsibility.
• Direct support and advice for customers throughout the entire project execution.
• Close collaboration with Sales in supporting existing customers and developing new projects.
• Developing practical solutions to technical and project-specific issues.

04 Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example in electrical engineering, building services engineering or automation.
• Further training at HF or FH level, or a comparable qualification, is an advantage.
• Several years of practical experience in building automation.
• Good knowledge in at least several areas of technical building equipment, in particular heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Alternatively, in-depth experience in industrial or process automation.
• Experience in programming and commissioning automated systems.
• Good technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of independently managing projects.
• Resilience and a sense of responsibility.
• Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of working with different specialist departments.
• Team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
