Tasks

• Identification and implementation of process improvements, standardization and automation
• Development and maintenance of process models, process maps, business processes and workflows
• Determination, implementation and evaluation of process measurement variables and key figures
• Coordination and support in the management of risks and controls along business processes
• Ensuring process quality and supporting management with regard to continuous process optimization
• Coordination of process improvements and support of change processes as a mediator between departments, employees and managers
• Further development of the role model Process Manager and ensuring connectivity in Helvetia

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration (FH or university) or comparable training with specific further training in process management
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality and process management and sound methodological competence in the field of process management (knowledge in the Lean Six Sigma methodology is advantageous)
• Experience from the insurance industry is an advantage
• High affinity for AI and analytical skills
• Communicative and sociable personality with high customer orientation
• Style-confident knowledge of German, English and French desirable
