Your tasks

• You have rain telephone contact with tenants, housekeepers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
• You support your caregiver in the preparation and implementation of apartment acceptances / transfers
• You are handling various customer concerns
• You help with the rental of apartments as well as additional objects, such as garages and parking spaces, including contract creation
• You create accounts receivable and final accounts
• You help with the issue of repair/renovation orders and their monitoring
• You create various correspondence and complete general administrative tasks

Your profile

• You have completed the school part of the commercial / economic middle school with good to very good performances
• You have good manners and express yourself verbally as written in the German language
• You are interested in business processes and relationships in the real estate industry
• You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to change
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
