Tasks

• Support for administrative and organisational tasks in building management
• Management of access, locking and authorisation systems
• Processing of invoices, accounts and accounts
• Cooperation in energy controlling as well as in data and master data maintenance
• Management of signalling, staff housing and other infrastructure topics

Requirements

• Basic commercial training or comparable training
• Several years of experience in an administrative function, ideally in facility or building management
• Secure handling of MS Office and digital systems
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• Service-oriented personality with a strong organisational talent
• Very good knowledge of German and a flair for numbers
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, personnel planning Polypoint PEP, CAFM WaveWare is an advantage
