Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of around 25 employees (two teams: internal transport and patient support) at two locations
• Organizing and coordinating patient support so that it is reliable, punctual and with high service quality
• Ensuring internal transport, in particular disposal, laundry and medical devices
• Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements with a team as well as internal interfaces
• Contact person for internal and external service providers
• Completion and execution of administrative work, active participation in personnel bottlenecks in day-to-day operations, participation in projects

Requirements

• Completed basic vocational training (EFZ level)
• Further education or experience in process management
• Several years of leadership experience and a personality who motivates, communicates clearly and takes responsibility
• Process-oriented and structured working method with a sense for the essentials
• Communication strength, friendliness and empathy in dealing with patients and employees
• You understand how to contribute your ideas and appreciate an environment in transition Our offer
