You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of the high standards of Coop Pronto
You successfully carry out the financial tasks including controlling the business key figures of a Coop Pronto shop
They take care of the goods management (orders, goods incoming controls and goods maintenance)
They sell the products, advise customers: inside and maintain the gas station (if available)
They ensure compliance, enforcement and control of the legal provisions on quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
They manage the employees: inside: search, recruitment, familiarization, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with the labour law framework conditions (OR and labour law) Requirements
You have completed training in the retail trade (or comparable training in sales), preferably in the food retail trade
You have already gained several years of leadership experience, have a high level of social competence and are an organizational talent
You can raise a total capital of up to CHF 145,000. Pension funds cannot be contributed You enjoy active customer contact
You enjoy working with a team, are ready to handle the daily work together and are motivated to lead your own company with clear framework conditions
