As a leading Swiss company in the field of convenience products, service stations and energy, we operate a network of more than 320 Coop Pronto with or without service stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.We continuously develop our network of Coop Pronto and Coop service stations. Coop Pronto sites are managed with great success as part of our franchise concept. As a franchisor, Coop Pronto AG is looking for one/one

Mission

• You assume overall responsibility for the organization and the smooth running of your Coop Pronto, and ensure the implementation of the high requirements of Coop Pronto
• You are responsible for the financial management of the shop, including the control of key management figures
• You ensure effective management of goods (orders, entry control of goods, care of goods)
• You actively sell, advise customers and manage the service station
• You ensure compliance with and control of legal requirements in the areas of quality assurance, youth protection and safety at work
• You lead your team: Recruitment, integration, salary sheets, social insurance and compliance with the legal framework for labour law (CO and Labour Law)

Qualifications

• You have complete training in the retail trade (or equivalent training in sales), preferably in the retail food trade.
• You justify several years of management experience, have a great social competence and you distinguish by your sense of organization
• You can bring equity of CHF 125'000 - 145 000 (pension fund assets cannot be brought)
• You appreciate the active contact with customers and the personal exchange with customers
• You appreciate teamwork, are ready to take up daily tasks together and motivated to run your own business under clearly defined conditions
• Great desire for performance, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation and open and cordial communication are among your strengths
• You have the ability to reason and act as head of business as well as business management skills
• Ideally, your home is close to Coop Pronto where you are ready to move
• You have a command of the regional national language in oral and written form.
• Family members: at least 8 to 10 persons
