As a leading Swiss company in the convenience, gas station and energy sectors, we operate a network of over 320 Coop Pronto Shops with or without gas stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We are constantly expanding our Coop Pronto shop and Coop gas station network.

Company and context
- You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of Coop Pronto's high standards
- You successfully manage the financial tasks including controlling the key business indicators of a Coop Pronto shop
- You take care of the goods management (orders, incoming goods inspections and goods care)
- You sell the products, advise customers and maintain the gas station (if one exists)
- You provide the Compliance, enforcement and control of the legal provisions on quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
- You lead the employees: search, recruitment, training, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with the labor law framework (OR and labor law) Requirements
- You have completed training in the retail trade (or comparable training in sales), preferably in the food retail trade
- You have already gained several years of management experience, have a high level of social skills and are an organizational talent
- You can have a total capital of CHF Raise 125,000 to 145,000 – CHF 125,000 is required for a Coop Pronto shop with a gas station and CHF 145,000 for a Coop Pronto shop without a gas station. Pension fund money cannot be contributed You enjoy active customer contact
- You enjoy working with a team, are willing to handle daily work together and are motivated to run your own company with clear framework conditions
