To strengthen our financial accounting team, we are looking for an agreement

Financial accountant / financial book age Merian Iselin Klinik is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus is on orthopaedics, surgery and urology. With us you will find a meaningful activity in a family environment in which the people are at the center.

Their main tasks

• Maintaining the general ledger of parent and subsidiaries, including IC voting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to Swiss GAAP FER, including financial report, key figures and various reporting, Group MIS and subsidiaries
• Management of asset accounting in accordance with REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER
• Preparation of quarterly VAT billing, incl. Annual vote
• Examination of investment and project budgets and assistance with the overall budget
• Cooperation in the implementation and audit of the internal control system (ICS)
• Administrative support and participation in projects
• Deputy/support of creditor and debtor management (about 30%)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in finance and accounting Business Administration degree (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting / expert in accounting and controlling, dipl. auditor or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, beneficial in healthcare
• Very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• They convince through independent, committed and exact working methods, rapid comprehension, resilience even in hectic times and are also a team capable personality
• Structured working methods and networked thinking
• Open, communicative, appreciate contact with different stakeholders
