- Have high medical competence to understand current medical knowledge and marketing strategy.
- Keep their information up to date at all times through internal training and independent scientific resources in a responsible therapeutic area
- Collect insights from TAEs during clinical visits and scientific activities in the responsibility area and share these insights with relevant units
- Contribute to the medical strategy in collaboration with the Medical Lead and prepare a regional medical plan in line with this strategy
- Cooperate closely with the Disease Area Medical Lead in medical processes to support product teams in a given therapeutic area (preparing a medical presentation, etc.) and support implementation of planned actions (advisory board, regional/national/international scientific activities, digital medical projects, etc.)
- Propose new centers for clinical research, review the feasibility of existing centers, the center development plan, patient recruitment, retention of patients, and support for the development of central management in collaboration with the Clinical Medical Lead
- Respond to unsolicited questions from HCPs in accordance with local laws, regulations, and codes and Roche SOPs, and facilitate their needs for scientific data by ensuring they have the best quality available information they require
