The FM and Workplace Project Manager is responsible for the operational management of Real Estate, FM and Workplace related projects for the Straumann Campus in Basel (UPTOWN).
The position is also actively involved in Health, Safety & Employee Wellbeing and site security for Basel (later Arlesheim, Uptown).

- Manage office expansions, consolidations, relocations, and workplace transformation projects in Uptown.
- Bachelor's/ KV or equivalent education in Facility Management, Business / Hospitality Services or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace management, facility / real estate management, or related disciplines.
Main responsibilities
- Workplace Management
- Manage office expansions, consolidations, relocations, and workplace transformation projects in Uptown.
- Manage all project phases from planning and design through execution and occupancy.
- Serve as liaison with landlords, architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's/ KV or equivalent education in Facility Management, Business / Hospitality Services or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace management, facility / real estate management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading FM and/or project teams and workplace projects.
- Experience in Security and FM (hard & soft), external vendor management.
- Strong understanding of lease administration, project management, and workplace strategy, FMS solutions

- Manage budgets, timelines, procurement processes, and contractor performance.

- Ensure successful project handover and user adoption through change management initiatives.
