Tasks

• You are responsible for the operational processing of withholding taxes
• You will analyze claims, credits and open positions, coordinate the necessary coordination with the debt collection management and the relevant internal bodies and ensure a timely adjustment.
• You supervise technically defined processes in the collection and operation environment and support in the preparation of decisions.
• You coordinate the SUVA statistic dossier and are the central contact person for its preparation and submission.
• You carry out internal controls, document them in a comprehensible manner and support leaders in audits and the implementation of the defined measures
• You check reservations, case closures and the quality of data stocks.
• You ensure that data protection requirements and authorization concepts are adhered to.
• You participate in the further development of quality standards, key figures and control mechanisms.

Requirements

• Basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the insurance, financial or social insurance environment
• Several years of experience in handling administrative, financial or insurance business cases
• Understanding of Accident and Sickness Processes and Relationships
• Experience with quality assurance, internal control systems or data protection topics
• You work structured, carefully and reliably. In addition, you take responsibility for your topics and consistently bring them to a conclusion
• You think analytically and networked and bring a high number, data and system affinity
• You recognize optimization potential and implement improvements pragmatically.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
