Specialist/in payment transactions • Basel, CH • Full time • Perpetual Their role As a specialist in payment transactions at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will support our team in a wide range of activities and receive the opportunity to further develop in various areas of responsibility. Their tasks

• Clarification of payment transactions with internal bodies and domestic and foreign banks
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments of our international customers
• Processing of check-in collections as well as credit cards and Maestro cards
• Advising internal offices and our customer service representatives in Switzerland and at all our international locations in the area of payment transactions, checks and cards
• Readiness for occasional assignments on holidays (1 to 2 times per year) on a regular basis with other teammates
• Deputy assignments at Kasse Basel, alternately with other teammates

Your profile

• Commercial education (o.o.)
• In-depth industry knowledge in the field of payment transactions
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
• Freight forward and structured working methods as well as high customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team and with various stakeholders
• Quick comprehension and ability to recognize connections
• High awareness of quality and responsibility as well as great willingness to learn and motivation
• Good knowledge in German and English, in word and writing
