Main responsibilities

- Professional and conceptual support of the service center management in the further development of the areas as well as the creation of concepts, analyses and decision-making basis.
- Analysis, optimization and standardization of processes and processes as well as development of sustainable and practical solutions.
- Support and coordination of cross-divisional projects and optimization projects from conception to successful implementation as well as active participation in working groups.
- Development and maintenance of key figures, evaluations and reporting as well as derivation of concrete measures for the management and further development of services.
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and partner areas as well as support for procurement and operational and infrastructural issues. Requirements
- A higher specialist training (HF/FH) in logistics, facility management or a comparable discipline forms a good basis for this function.
- Several years of professional experience in a complex service environment is an advantage.
- Enjoyment in the analysis and further development of operational processes as well as a good understanding of processes are particularly valuable for this task.
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders.
