Tasks

• Support for HR administration from entry to exit
• Independent processing and assumption of complex HR administration cases in the areas of contracting, permits, social insurance as well as official clarifications, also in the international environment
• Active participation and further development of HR processes and HR administration
• Development of clean, comprehensible and legally secure solutions
• Transfer of expertise and familiarisation and support of new employees and learners

Requirements

• Eidg. Certificate of competence as a merchant/merchant as well as further training in the HR area (e.g. HR specialist/merchant, social insurance specialist/social insurance specialist) or higher specialist training
• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook as well as experience with SAP HR
• An independent, accurate and solution-oriented working method – even if it gets hectic
• Joy of contact with people, communication strength and a high degree of confidentiality
