Tasks

• You are the first contact person for operational HR topics and system-related inquiries in your support area.
• Along the entire Employee Life Cycle, you support and advise employees and managers competently and service-oriented – from contract creation to withdrawal.
• Together with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Team Systems and various HR Competence Centers, you ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
• Through your ideas and commitment, you actively contribute to a positive employee experience and support the continuous digitalization of our HR landscape.
• Holiday representatives within the team are flexible and thus contribute to a reliable cooperation.
• Incoming ticketing requests are handled professionally, efficiently and solution-oriented.
• In your role as a key user, you participate in the further development of various HR systems and engage in exciting HR projects during an important transformation phase.

Requirements

• A completed commercial basic education or a comparable qualification as well as a further education in the field of human resources, ideally with a federal professional certificate.
• Several years of experience in personnel administration
• Knowledge of labour and social security law is an advantage.
• An independent, structured and precise working method as well as a strong eye for detail.
• High service orientation and pleasure in competently advising employees and managers.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of French, English or Italian are advantageous.
• Security in dealing with HR systems and digital solutions such as SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG or PeopleDoc as well as interest in new technologies and AI applications.
• A team-oriented, resilient and solution-oriented personality with a positive attitude and joy of change.
• Openness to new processes, different system worlds and the active participation in shaping a common HR future.
