- You care for and accompany the children lovingly and professionally on both groups
- You actively shape and plan everyday group life – oriented towards the pedagogical concept of KITA
- You take responsibility, work reliably on your fixed days and support the team flexibly if necessary
- You get involved in meetings and daycare events and teach them to work together well.
- Completed training as a specialist childcare EFZ, toddler: in or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical training (according to health, social and integration directorate)
