For the Senevita Sonnenpark in Pratteln we are looking for activation (m/f/d) 60% as of January 1, 2027 or by appointment of a specialist. Your tasks

• You help shape everyday life, the activation offer and the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities
• You support and accompany our residents
• You work with external partners
• You work interdisciplinary with all areas in the house

You bring that with you

• Further education as a specialist Activation and everyday design
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with older people
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German, MS Office knowledge is advantageous
• Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are a matter of course for you
• You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
