Tasks

• Leadership of specialist development as part of the care management team and support of a person-centred and evidence-based care practice
• Advice, support and empowerment of the care team in complex care situations and cooperation in care and co-responsibility for defining and reaching the station objectives
• Leadership of project and working groups for practical development in care and evaluation of practical development projects
• Creation and implementation of guidelines and concepts
• Close cooperation with the departmental specialist and the Department of Practice Development and Research
• Working in superordinated spital internal and national and international specialist and working groups Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing (or on the way to it)
• Finded practical experience and theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing development as well as the ability to pass on them
