Tasks

• Leading development as part of the nursing team as well as conducting and co-designing the practical development process to promote a person-centric and evidence-based nursing practice
• Advising, empowering and accommodating nurses, nurses and station lines, especially in highly complex situations
• Cooperation in direct care and active participation in evaluations, projects and research groups
• Close cooperation with specialist departments in the field of breast-smoking pools, the Department of Practice Development and Research, as well as cooperation in cross-clinic, national and international specialist and working groups
• Development, implementation and further development of guidelines, concepts and technical standards
• Requirements
• Complete Master of Science in Nursing or on-going studies, or the willingness to complete a Master's degree
• Multiannual well-founded practical experience and deepened theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing research as well as the ability to pass on this knowledge
• Team skills and competencies in partizipativer leadership
• Joy in working in a dynamic university environment
