• Professional, individual care and care according to established care guidelines
• Respectful and loving accompaniment of the inhabitants, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
• Participation in reports, team meetings and training
• Ensuring a complete, professional and differentiated care documentation in the Care Coach
• Active participation in the RAI survey
• Assuming daily or shift responsibility
