YOUR TASKS

• You will be standing next to our surgeons at the table or on duty in one of our six operating rooms. With empathy, foresight and reliability, you instrumentalize interventions in all disciplines with heavyweight orthopaedics.
• You ensure an optimal daily routine in the assigned operating room and provide the instruments and sterile goods for operations.
• A further focus is the assurance of internal and external quality requirements, the documentation of surgical interventions and the performance recording.
• You understand how to take good care of the important interfaces between all actors involved (especially surgeons, anesthesiologists, anesthesia care, storage care and sterilization staff) in order to enable our patients to run as smoothly as possible.

Your profile

• At least one year of professional experience as a Dipl. Specialist surgical technology HF as well as in-depth technical expertise (affinity to orthopaedics).
• You act competently and can quickly adjust if something does not work out as originally planned. You understand how to set the right priorities in a short time and under pressure and act accordingly.
• You run too high form when personal commitment is required. You appreciate the initiative and support of your teammates and are ready to work for them yourself.
• Flexibility and readiness for piketting round off your profile.
