• Holistic care and care of residents in long-term care
• Support in daily body care, mobilization and eating
• Implementation of medical measures according to medical prescription (e.g. medication granting, wound care)
• Close cooperation with nurses, doctors and interdisciplinary teams
• Observation and documentation of the health status of residents
• Promoting quality of life through activating measures and individual care
• Communication with relatives to ensure transparency and trust

Your profile – Your expertise makes the difference

• Completed training as a specialist long-term care & care EFZ
• Ideally, experience in long-term care, but also motivated career starters are welcome
• Compassion and patience in dealing with people in need of care
• Self-employed and responsible working practices
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
