Responsibility | This is what awaits you n takes over the reel You will be responsible for technical plant and process safety as well as occupational safety at Roche Diagnostics by coordinating and implementing specifications with a focus on systematic safety considerations and explosion protection. For this purpose, you will take on the following exciting tasks:

• Safety considerations: You coordinate and implement technical safety requirements and carry out systematic safety considerations (e.g. PAAG/HAZOP) as well as explosion protection assessments.
• Consulting & networking: You proactively advise the business units on complex safety issues and work closely with Global SHE as well as the local engineering and production teams.
• Concept creation: You create and check safety and explosion protection concepts and ensure their compliance with international standards and internal guidelines.
• Efficiency: When implementing security measures, you pay attention to global coordination and high efficiency without compromising on compliance.
• Ordered function: You perform specialist tasks as a person qualified for testing in explosion protection and thus contribute to the legal certainty of those responsible.
• Process support: You actively accompany technical solutions from the planning phase to the transfer to the operational level and ensure seamless integration into the company. Qualifications | This is what you bring with you
• You have successfully completed a degree (bachelor or master) in engineering, safety engineering, electrical engineering, health management or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience (approximately 5-8 years depending on your degree), ideally within the chemical industry or a comparable regulated environment.
• You will have in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulations (e.g. ATEX, GefStoffV, BetrSichV, ProdSV) and the associated technical regulations.
