• The coordination of the project portfolio with the capacities and capabilities of DS Clinical & Commercial Supply is the core task - As a project liaison, you are the primary contact person for research and development (REDs), licensing, local and global planning roles and bodies. In cooperation with internal and external stakeholders such as the synthetic Molecule Technical Development, Galenik, Regulatory and Quality, you ensure that the respective project objectives are coordinated.

• You take over the management for strategic project planning & feasibility and carry out the long-term strategic planning, in particular a 5-year outlook for plant and personnel, as well as carrying out feasibility studies and capacity assessments. - In the role of the resource coordinator, you coordinate resources in collaboration with the sections within DS Clinical & Commercial Supply and monitor the planning within the department.

• You act as a specialist and consultant for manufacturing processes and/or plants and provide your expertise in solving complex technical problems and strategic issues. You conduct complex investigations, identify causes and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. - As a mentor and coach, our employees support you in their continuous development of their professional skills and knowledge.

• Act as a driving force for continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions for process optimization and productivity enhancement, using lean principles and digital solutions to improve processes, and implementing them. - Work as a matrix lead, which shapes the strategic planning and objectives of the department and promotes a strong team spirit and a culture of collaboration, urgency and high motivation to achieve these goals.

Who you are

• You have a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in process chemistry for synthetic molecules. - You have a profound knowledge of chemical synthesis, chemical process technologies and production in a cGMP environment. - As a technical expert you understand how to motivate teams in a matrix organization and create a strong cohesion to be successful together.

• Your strengths lie in the cooperation: You maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and navigate cleverly through negotiations and cross-functional projects.
