• They are the link between our operational processes and the global corporate standards. Their focus is on guaranteeing compliance with cGMP regulations, SHE guidelines and Roche principles, while also making the processes robust and efficient.
• Expertise in practice: They are the main representative of DS Clinical & Commercial Supply in the feasibility assessment and development of global requirements. They lead and support the implementation of these standards in a dynamic production environment.
• Project responsibility as a user representative: As a primary representative of our teams, you are actively involved in designing and implementing complex projects. They ensure that the results meet the expectations and needs of the organisation.
• They act as a specialist and consultant for manufacturing processes and/or plants and provide your expertise in solving complex technical problems and strategic issues. They conduct complex investigations, identify causes and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• As a mentor and coach, our employees support you in their continuous development of their professional skills and knowledge.
• Be a driving force for continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions for process optimization and productivity enhancement, using lean principles and implementing digital solutions to improve processes.
• Become a matrix leader who develops the strategic planning and objective of the department and promotes a strong team spirit and a culture of cooperation, urgency and high motivation to achieve these goals. Who you are:
• They have a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in process chemistry for synthetic molecules.
• They have profound knowledge of chemical synthesis, chemical process technologies and production in a cGMP environment.
• As a technical expert, you understand motivating teams in a matrix organization and creating strong cohesion to succeed together.
• Their strengths lie in cooperation: they maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and navigate skillfully through negotiations and cross-functional projects.
• They are an active impetus for change, creating a flexible and open culture for new opportunities.
• They are a driving force for continuous improvement and meet new challenges with passion.
