Application process
- Responsibility for the efficient and legally compliant handling of work and residence permits, registration certificates, application for extensions, changes of functions and ancillary employment
- Assessment/clarification of social security claims
- Control and processing of dispositions of foreign employees: compliance with legal and internal university requirements
- Advising decentralised personnel managers of the institutes and departments, clarifications with the Migration Office and the Office for Economic Affairs
- Operational support in day-to-day business as well as in ongoing HR and administration projects
- Responsibility and implementation of data quality controls, reporting and processes related to the work and residence permit system
- Assistance in the training and training of new employees
- Knowledge transfer to specialists: Ensuring the HR community, implementing various training formats
