Main responsibilities

- Specific responsibilities that you will perform include but not limited to: Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars of Chief Audit Executive and other Managing Directors in GIA, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator for executive priorities Event & Meeting Coordination
- Plan and execute internal and external events (e.g., workshops, leadership meetings, offsites)
- Handle logistics including venue, materials, communications, and participant coordination
- Ensure smooth execution and high-quality participant experience Content & Presentation Development
- Create and refine high-quality presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for senior audiences
