Main responsibilities
- They design, plan, organize and carry out various event formats for the activation and maintenance of donors.
- They ensure a smooth operation on site.
- You are responsible for the invitation and guest management of the events, including the recording in the corresponding systems, sending invitations and thanks.
- They create budget and success checks as well as evaluations and (de) briefings.
- They commission and coordinate internal and external service providers.
