As a working student: in Transaction Management, you support our team in the purchase and sale processes of real estate, work with relevant market data and gain direct insight into the management of transactions over the entire life cycle. Tasks: • Responsibility for digital and analog data management as well as quality assurance and archiving of object and transaction data • Preliminary examination of incoming real estate offers based on defined criteria and rejection of unsuitable offers • Maintaining and updating information in our transaction management tool "POV" • Support for acquisition and divestment processes throughout the transaction cycle • Acquisition, preparation and structuring of relevant data and documents for ongoing transactions • Supporting the team in analyses, presentations and administrative activities Requirements • Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in real estate, business administration, economics, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline • Interest in real estate investment and transaction business • Structured, reliable and careful working methods • High affinity for data, digital tools and administrative processes • Analytical thinking and a quick apprehension • Proactive personality with pleasure in taking responsibility and contributing your own ideas • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing We believe in cooperation on equal terms, mutual trust and people who want to take responsibility.
