Position Ergotherapeut HF / Ergotherapeutin HF (m/w/d) – 70–100 % Psychiatrie Baselland, area of ergo- and activation therapy
- Self-employed ergotherapeutic care of the station in close cooperation with the multi-professional treatment team and the ergotherapeutic team - Planning, implementation and evaluation of ergotherapeutic group and individual offers - Implementation of individual occupational therapy and development of therapy plans, tailored to the needs and treatment objectives of patients - Active participation and further development of the ergotherapeutic supply structure at the station - Use of different therapeutic means and methods to make resources and problem areas experienceable - Close interdisciplinary cooperation and active participation in the definition, implementation and evaluation of common therapeutic objectives
- Completed training as ergotherapist*in HF or BSc in ergotherapy (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas) - Interest and experience in the psychiatric field, ideally with young or adult patients - Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team and in a resource-oriented, participative attitude - Self-employed, structured and responsible work - Openness for professional development and co-design of therapeutic processes
