- Maintain the global EPD Product Flow Database and related master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end approval process for new product flows and modifications to existing flows.
- Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and external requirements related to transfer pricing, tax, VAT, customs, trade compliance, and legal entity structures.

- Support sourcing decisions, supply chain network optimization initiatives, and portfolio expansion projects.
- Maintain landed-cost analyses and scenario evaluations to support business decision-making.
- Assess operational, financial, compliance, and service implications of alternative supply chain network configurations. Product Flow Council (PFC)
- Organize, facilitate, and lead Product Flow Council meetings.
- Review, assess, and present proposed product flows and supply chain network changes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, Customs & Trade, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Operations functions.
- Monitor execution of approved actions and ensure timely implementation of decisions from a Supply Chain Operations perspective, including master data setup, pricing, plant extensions, transportation lanes, and related operational requirements.
- Project related (linked to flows or other SC ops related projects )
- Lead Supply Chain Operations projects and workstreams related to product flow changes, network optimization, warehouse transitions, relabeling activities, product launches, biosimilars, and operational improvements.

- Biosimilar Samples (TMT, Registration/Submission, Commercial) - coordination with the TPM on sample availability, documentation, service PO request NPI related, including Biosimilars
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful launch execution and uninterrupted product supply. Minimum Experience / Training Required: Experience & Qualification s
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and Power BI.
