- You have successfully built, scaled, or integrated enterprise planning architectures, ERP systems, and data-heavy applications in high-growth environments.
- Bonus (Anaplan) : While your primary strength is in general technical supply chain planning, hands-on knowledge and experience with Anaplan (or similar enterprise planning platforms) is considered a strong plus.
- People Leadership : Proven experience managing one or more teams of engineers/individual contributors.
- You have a track record of grooming high performers, actively managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Navigating Complexity : Demonstrated ability to identify underlying business and technical issues, uncover root causes in complex supply chain data or processes, and deliver solutions to new problems across multiple domains.
- Collaboration & Communication : Strong command of verbal and written communication.
- You adapt your style seamlessly for cross-functional initiatives, building strong collaborative relationships with technical peers, supply chain stakeholders, and senior leaders.
