You welcome visitors with a wide range of concerns in German, English and/or French and ensure that they keep us in good memory.

Main responsibilities

  • First contact person for visitors, customers, employees and external service providers
  • Visitor and access management including bathroom management
  • Coordination of visitor receptions and internal contact persons
  • Reservation and organisation of training and meeting rooms
  • Processing of mail and administrative tasks
  • Support in the day-to-day operations of the customer centre
  • Further administrative activities in the area of facility management Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship, readiness for continuous training
  • Professional experience in administration and/or reception or Hotel industry
  • High service mentality and willingness to provide services
