In this role, you ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis and support our insurance and pension advisors.
This is what you do with us
The core of your job is daily customer contact. You advise our customers on the phone, via e-mail and at the reception and help with the care and support of our learners.
With your organizational skills and your flair for administrative activities, you create offers, process applications and coordinate appointments. Together with our insurance and pension advisors, you set the course for the smooth handling of customer business. Together we go the extra mile for our loyal customers.

- Basic commercial education completed
- Professional experience in the insurance industry
- Completed training «Insurance intermediary/in VBV» or willingness to do so
- Enjoying direct customer contact and close cooperation in the team
- Helpfulness and customer enthusiasm are your passion
- Self-employed, reliable working method
- Authentic, winning and empathetic personality
- Fluent knowledge of German, knowledge in other languages are a plus
