Mansioni

• You advise and look after our guests at the reception and on the phone
• You serve the cash register and are responsible for cash statements
• You are actively selling our entire offer (individual admissions, memberships, bodymind consultations, private SPA, sales items, etc.)
• You maintain membership changes in our system, make appointments and book reservations
• You are responsible for recording fault messages
• You process customer inquiries by mail and work with the administration team

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience: in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further education: in the service sector (e.g. tourism, hotel industry)
• You have a customer-oriented way of working with above-average willingness to provide services
• You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and a great sense of responsibility
• You have good computer skills
• You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of assignment planning (7 days shift operation, evening, weekend and holiday assignments)
• You are ready to take on short-term deputies for illness or holidays
• German (very good knowledge)
• English (good knowledge)

Recruitment process
