We are looking for an experienced and motivated personality as an employee planning 70 - 100% with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your tasks
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the deployment of nursing staff
- Ensuring optimal tour and resource planning
- Maintaining and updating the deployment data
- Processing inquiries about deployment planning for clients, relatives and employees by telephone and in writing
- Coordinating new registrations in collaboration with the person responsible for the day
- Direct nursing assignments with clients in the amount of approx.
10-30% (depending on the workload) with practical insight as a basis for targeted deployment planning
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday This is what you bring with you:
- Training as a health specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- Professional experience in outpatient deployment planning with Perigon is a plus
- Enjoyment of interpersonal contact in a team as well as with clients and relatives
- Independent and structured way of working
- Networked thinking and the ability to quickly recognize connections
- Calmness and overview even in hectic situations
- Driving license Cat.
