The Position The Employee Counseling Team of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is passionately committed to the well-being and health of our employees at the Basel/Kaiseraugst location. In this responsible role as Employee Counselor / Case Manager (60-80%) (d/f/m) you actively support the performance of our team in a trusted environment. • Advise and accompany employees confidentially and sensitively in complex professional and private life situations.
• Support line managers and people & culture specialists (HR) in a solution-oriented manner for challenging issues.
• Actively control the entire case management process for successful reintegration after extended absences.
• Take over the independent administration and network all internal and external parties efficiently.
• Maintain an active and professional exchange with the relevant Swiss social insurance companies.
• Work proactively and at eye level in a modern, self-organized team environment.
• Actively engage in site-specific care team assignments and internal projects. Who you are
• Education & further education: You have completed university studies in psychology or social work as well as further education in solution-oriented consulting or case management.
• Professional experience: You have several years of profound experience in the consulting or case management area, ideally in the Swiss context.
• Language competence: You communicate stylishly in German (level native language) and have excellent English skills in word and writing.
• Personality: They are characterized by high flexibility, a reflected feedback culture and negotiating skills in dealing with different stakeholders.
• Working methods: They value administrative accuracy (Google Suite/MS Office) and bring a healthy dose of humor and enjoyment of teamwork. This post is limited to 9 months.
