Tasks

• Friendly reception and professional care of patients and visitors
• Telephone exchange operation
• Admission accompaniment of patients
• Ensuring a smooth patient entry and exit process
• General administrative activities and other organisational tasks

Requirements

• Completed basic training as hotel specialist EFZ or as business assistant EFZ
• Professional experience at reception or in a comparable service-oriented function
• High service orientation as well as a friendly, respectful and professional appearance as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives
• Organizational talent as well as the ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in hectic situations
• Team-oriented, reliable and cooperative way of working
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills in French, Italian and English are beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours
