We are looking for a team leader in electronics manufacturing in the permanent night shift to complement our team and ensure the production goals in our electronics manufacturing. In this key role, you make an important contribution to efficient, safe and sustainable production. What is the role about? We are looking for a committed leader for the permanent night shift in electronics production. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring goal achievement in the areas of quality, deadlines and costs while leading a team of 15 employees. What tasks will you take on? They shall: • work in the permanent night shift from 22:00 to 05:15 and lead 15 employees, including employee meetings and participation in recruitment processes. • be responsible for planning and coordination within the shift. • actively collaborate with the team in the areas and provide technical support when needed. • ensure the achievement of daily goals in terms of quality, dates and costs. • assume responsibility for compliance with production, quality and safety requirements as well as for the plants within the framework of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). What do we expect from you? They: • have completed basic technical training, ideally supplemented by further training as a manager or master’s training; further training as a machine operator is an advantage. • bring several years of management experience in the industrial environment, preferably in electronics production. • master German very well in word and writing. • have good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. • Impress with your leadership mentality as well as your communication and organizational ability.
