Complex customer inquiries and complaints in 2nd level support you analyze solution-oriented and find suitable answers. – In case of problems, you take a structured approach and initiate suitable measures for a sustainable solution. – Demanding cases in 1st level support will accompany you professionally and support you in finding solutions. – For clarifications, you coordinate with internal interfaces such as technology, service planning, sales, logistics or billing. Customer cases, solutions and follow-up activities are carefully documented in the relevant systems. – You recognize recurring problems at an early stage and actively participate in process and quality improvements. – Knowledge articles, checklists and internal tools are constantly maintained and developed. 03
