We are looking for a service-oriented, warm and hosting personality for a customer reception in Rheinfelden/AG.

Your main tasks include

• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance as a first point of contact for internal and external customer concerns
• Receive and forward incoming telephone calls friendly
• Internal mail processing
• Management of meeting rooms
• Travel bookings
• General miscellaneous administrative activities

• Training in (upper) gastronomy/hotelry
• Several years of professional experience in the reception area or similar position - advantageous in an international environment / company
• Service provider: from innermost conviction
• German mother tongue as well as very good English skills in Word & Writing
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
• Sympathetic, open and heartfelt appearance
• Dress code: classic/maintained according to the reception environment
