Strong knowledge of Configuration Management in railway signalling or a comparable safety‑critical industry.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Configuration Management using IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next Generation (DNG) on the Jazz platform.

Main responsibilities

  • Improve and optimize configuration management processes and administer the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM).
  • Configure and maintain ELM projects, including permissions, configurations, and Global Configuration (GC).
  • Design and implement improvements to enhance scalability, performance, usability, and support the long-term evolution of the ELM environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ELM-related issues, including troubleshooting and coordination with 2nd/3rd level support and IBM support.
  • Support development teams by providing best practices, guidance, and training on effective use of ELM tools.
