Main responsibilities
- You are actively involved in the implementation and further development of the "LIVE" concept and are involved in the conceptual work
- You analyze the supply needs in the canton of Lucerne and initiate and develop new, needs-based interface offers
- You network interdisciplinary specialist departments in the children and youth sector and promote effective collaboration
- You plan and design practical training for our cooperation partners
- You advise families as well as children and young people and carry out needs-based therapeutic interventions
- You work closely and work in partnership with external institutions, schools and specialists Requirements:
- Completed medical studies (doctor), completed or soon to be completed further training in psychotherapy (psychologist) or completed studies in social pedagogy or completed special education studies
- Experience in a psychiatric environment or in outreach work is an advantage Very good communication skills Good social skills and enjoy networking
- Native language (CH-) German or very good knowledge of German (C1) Driving license
