Then this role could be exactly your thing. As a dispatcher: in the Support Service you are the hub of our daily business and keep our team in Basel on track. Tasks: • Receiving and processing service requests • Recording, coordination and tracking of service orders • Coordination and disposition of employees in the operational area • Ensuring professional support and service processing • Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring maintenance & services • Monitoring of open contracts, dates and deadlines • Telephone and written contact with internal & external contacts • Processing and tracking of orders & orders • Control and maintenance of order, clearing and master data • Invoice processing assistance • Active participation in the optimization of processes and processes • General administrative tasks Requirements You describe yourself as a service provider:in and have an entrepreneurial understanding.
