- Scheduling, organisation and coordination of MRI, CT and ultrasound examinations
- Patient reception, information and support within the framework of investigations
- Telephone and written contact with patient:inside and assignees Dispatch of patient orders
- Working assignments in the Patient Secretariat of Neuroradiology working hours: 6:30
- 15:30 or 8
- 17:00; additional one Saturday per month from 7:30
- 2 pm We offer: Medical or commercial education completed
- Professional experience in an administrative position in hospital services
- Ability to deal with complex scheduling, quick comprehension and precise working methods, even in hectic times
- Sound PC user knowledge MS Office (Outlook, Word), RIS and/or KISIM skills are a plus
