Tasks

• Therapy planning and coordination of inpatient therapies (physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy)
• Planning and monitoring of the minimum criteria according to the specifications of the health insurance funds
• Electronic planning and performance monitoring
• Administrative and organisational work
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders Assistance in the therapy secretariat

Requirements

• Completed training as medical assistant, medical secretary or FaGe
• Planning experience and therapeutic understanding are beneficial
• Independent, structured and efficient working methods and a secure prioritization
• Rapid comprehension, safe appearance and networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good PC user knowledge
• Very good oral and written knowledge of the German language, oral foreign language skills are advantageous
