Tasks

• Contact person for all QM topics in the center
• Controlling the services to be provided in the respective areas according to specifications
• Preparation of the quality-relevant indicators taking into account the respective standards
• Control and training of employees to ensure specified standards
• Assumption of delegated special tasks by the center / clinic management
• Independent management and updating of QM documentation
• Coordination and organization of the ANQ measurements, as well as preparation of the results for the management of quality management and the specialist areas.
• Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements
• Coordination of internal and external audits including their evaluation and processing as well as integration into existing processes
• Monitoring of M&M conferences with measures
• Support for critical incidents and incidents
• Reviews of the PDCA cycle with improvements
• Support to KAIZEN
• Support for administrative activities
• Correspondence/coordination with parties involved (insurance, doctors, patients, relatives)
• Management of / or participation in projects
• Participation in the Quality Conference
• Link for constructive, interdisciplinary cooperation
• Life of Quality Management and Lean Philosophy
• Active participation in the development of improvement measures and their implementation.
• Support of centre management in controlling, in the preparation of analyses and the implementation and follow-up of measures
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces and active involvement in the ZAR management team

Requirements

• Completed training in quality management (NDS or MAS)
• Completed training in health care (e.g. nursing, medical-therapeutic) or business administration
• Experience in health care / hospital.
• Several years of experience in quality management and complaints, also with internal audits
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ANQ, CIRS and regulatory requirements
• High quality awareness and high quality demands on your own work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and a safe handling of key figures and controlling instruments
• Very good IT user knowledge, data affinity and business understanding
• Experience in Organizational Development & Process Design
• Ability to work independently, structured and results-oriented.
• High competence in dealing with sensitive data and information.
• Teamwork and a high degree of initiative.
