ITS TASKS

• Strategic, operational and economic overall responsibility for Klinik Birshof within our Mittelland supply network
• Future-oriented positioning of the clinic in the regional market and realization of sustainable growth opportunities
• Targeted market development and medical acquisition as well as development of strategic cooperation with relevant service providers
• Ensuring a consistent focus on patients and a medical quality at the highest level in cooperation with the management team
• Promoting a trusting culture of leadership and cooperation as well as convincing representation of the clinic in the political and social environment

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree at university or university level, preferably in medicine, economics or a comparable discipline, as well as several years of successful management experience at management or management level in the Swiss health care system
• In-depth understanding of clinical core processes and the interrelationships of a hospital operation as well as very good knowledge of the regulatory and health policy environment in Switzerland
• Motivating, appreciative leadership style at eye level with exemplary function as well as targeted promotion of teamwork and innovative spirit
• Convincing communication and negotiation skills, strong skills in the analysis, planning and implementation of strategies and financial and qualitative results orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
